The Coll dels Reis frame in a size medium configured with a BSA bottom bracket, Litespeed SL Ti dropouts, and anodized headbadge graphic weighs a stunning 948 grams—making it the first ever sub-1,000 gram titanium disc-brake road frame. Configured with a T47i bottom bracket (+59g), Universal Derailleur Hanger (+35), and machined headbadge (+7g), it weighs 1,049 grams.

We challenged the same team of engineers who designed and built titanium components for NASA’s Curiosity Rover to extract titanium’s full potential with the most advanced titanium frame manufacturing techniques. Every tube on the Coll dels Reis is custom-formed and has been painstakingly shaped, butted, and milled to save every gram possible without compromising on stiffness, ride quality, or safety.

To craft the lightest titanium disc-brake road bike in the world, we used aerospace-grade titanium and our most advanced manufacturing methods to build a frame 232 Grams lighter than the closest competitor. We shaved off every extra gram of material without compromising strength or durability.

Custom Formed Tubing

We push titanium to the limit by carefully cold-working titanium tubes in-house to create 3D shapes with specific flex and stiffness characteristics. Tubes shaped, bent, externally butted to shed as much weight as possible. No other manufacturer can manipulate titanium tubing to this degree.

A T47i bottom bracket ensures the Coll dels Reis will perform in the modern era with improved reliability and reduced bearing friction. The Coll dels Reis can also be ordered with an optional BSA Superlight bottom bracket to save an additional 59 grams.

While you don’t need to be a racer to ride the Coll dels Reis, the Coll dels Reis is designed to race up and down climbs. The geometry places riders in the perfect position to attack steep grades and provides the perfect combination of agility and stability to navigate fast and technical descents

A modern climbing bike requires modern tire clearance. With the ability to fit tires up to 35mm wide, the Coll dels Reis will roll faster on imperfect surfaces, stay glued to the pavement through rough high-speed corners, and allow riders to conquer climb after climb with more comfort.
