Our Superform tubesets represent the pinnacle of titanium bicycle frame construction. Every Superform titanium tube is custom-formed in-house and precisely engineered to hit the most ambitious weight, durability, and stiffness targets.

CUSTOM-FORMED TUBESETS

Every handcrafted Superform tube is custom-formed and size-specific. We form, shape, and bend every tube in-house using our own tooling, dies, and fixtures. We also CNC machine all the small parts such as drop-outs, bottom bracket shells, cable guides, etc. Doing all this ourselves allows us to maintain the exceptional quality and precision necessary to design and build the world’s most advanced titanium bikes.

GEOMETRICALLY ENHANCED TUBING

Superform features multi-dimensional shaping designed to address the specific torsion, bending, compression, tension, and shear forces unique to every frame tube on a bike. No single tube shape can adequately handle the variety of stresses a frame endures. That’s why we’ve spent decades cold-working titanium tubes to create unique 3D tube shapes and grain structures that are “stress-directional specific.”

VARIABLE WALL THICKNESS

Because we form our Superform tubesets in-house using our own machinery, we have precise control of the wall thickness along the full length of every tube. We call it “Variable Wall Thickness.” Along with multi-dimensional tube shaping, this allows us to engineer tubes to handle specific directional stresses and provide specific ride characteristics, while reducing weight to create the world’s lightest titanium bikes.

EXTENSIVELY COLD-WORKED

Through the forming and shaping processes, every Superform tube is extensively cold-worked. Cold-working permanently bends or alters the shape of the metal at room temperature, and the process increases the hardness and strength of the material in a reaction commonly called “work-hardening.” The benefit is increased strength without any weight gain. This allows our designers to reduce overall weight without compromising performance.

SUPERFORM FW

Superform FW is a premier featherweight titanium tubeset used exclusively on the world’s lightest titanium bikes: the Coll dels Reis and the Ghisallo. Superform FW is an aerospace-grade 3AL/2.5V titanium tubeset featuring extreme multi-dimensional shaping and wall-thickness reduction to maximize both ride quality and weight reduction.

SUPERFORM SL 6/4

Superform SL 6/4 is a superlight titanium tubeset that combines our 3AL/2.5V titanium Superform SL tubeset with a sheet-formed titanium top tube hand-crafted from a single ultra-thin sheet of 6AL/4V titanium. It is significantly lighter than a standard 3AL/2.5V top tube, while providing greater tensile strength and lateral stiffness for racing applications.

SUPERFORM SL

Superform SL is a superlight titanium tubeset that sets the benchmark for advanced titanium bicycle tubes. Superform SL is an aerospace-grade 3AL/2.5V titanium tubeset that is custom-formed and hand-crafted in-house, allowing us to employ multi-dimensional shaping and variable wall-thickness to minimize weight and maximize performance.

PURE LW

Pure LW is a lightweight titanium tubeset made from aerospace-grade 3AL/2.5V titanium. It is formed, butted, and bent in-house just like our Superfrom tubes, but omits the multi-dimensional shaping and variable wall-thickness to reduce cost. Pure LW is the ideal choice for bikes that prioritize comfort and durability, while remaining competitively lightweight.
