Step 3 - Pack your old bike in the box your new Litespeed just arrived in.

Step 4 - Schedule a FedEx pickup with us to get a prepaid shipping label

When your new bike arrives, your trade-in program instructions will be included. Within those instructions will be a pre-paid shipping label. You'll just need to do some minor disassembly to pack it in the box your new bike just arrived in. Remove the front wheel, seatpost, and pedals, then pack. Then place the label on the box and contact or livechat our team to schedule a pickup time from your home or office. If you prefer, you can also take it to your local FedEx pick-up location.
