Litespeed sells directly to international customers and ships to almost every country in the world via UPS and DHL. Our bikes are professionally assembled and inspected in the United States prior to shipment and arrive to you 90% assembled in our compact international shipping boxes. VAT, Duties, and Custom Import Fees


Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the shipping calculator on the cart page - you will be responsible for paying any applicable VAT, duties, and customs import fees associated with the shipment and import of your bicycle or bike frame. 

If you have any questions or would like to request a landed cost quote that includes all import fees please reach out to our team and we will be happy to do so.


We may have a dealer or distributor in your country with stock of your new bike! If you purchase from them directly in your home country you will not be responsible for VAT, duties, or import fees. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to connect you with a dealer or distributor in your area. 

International Returns

Litespeed accepts 30-day returns for orders placed outside of the United States. Returned items must be in brand new condition. Damaged returns or returns of used items will not be accepted. Return policies are explained below. If you'd like to start the return process please contact our team.

IMPORTANT: Litespeed will not process any returns without the assignment of an RA number from our returns department.


If your bike is returned in new condition within 30-days of your original purchase date - we'll issue you a full refund for the bike (this does not include the charges for shipping, assembly, and reusable shipping container).

Our returns department and professional mechanics will determine the condition of the bike upon it's return. You are responsible for shipment costs back to Litespeed and any damages, customs fees or duties, and potential loss of packages. We highly recommend that you properly package the bike for shipment and document it's condition with timestamped photos before shipment and purchase full insurance on the shipment through UPS or DHL. 


Do not return your bike in used condition. We will first screen your return request when issuing an RA number to make sure your bike is in new condition. If your bike arrives in used condition it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for arranging and paying return shipment costs and any applicable duties, fees, and VAT that may apply on the return shipment.
