I've Crashed my Bike, What Do I Do?

If your bike has recently been damaged due to a crash, please contact us by submitting a claim through our Repair Form. 

Here are some things you'll be required to submit along with your repair claim.

  • Bike Model Information & Serial Number
  • Frame Size
  • Milage Estimate
  • Date and Place of Purchase
  • Image of Full Bike
  • Image of Serial Number
  • Image of Damaged Area(s)
  • Image of Full Bicycle/Swim Wear
