6AL/4V TOP TUBE

The Toscano’s innovative sheet-formed titanium top tube is hand-crafted from a single ultra-thin sheet of 6AL/4V titanium. It is significantly lighter than a standard 3AL/2.5V top tube, while providing greater tensile strength and lateral stiffness.

SUPERFORM SL TUBING

Our premium aerospace-grade Superform SL tubeset is custom-formed and cold-worked into 3D shapes with variable wall thickness to achieve precise flex characteristics and weight targets. Every tube is size-specific and fine-tuned to produce the perfect ride.

50MM TIRE CLEARANCE

Modern gravel racing demands modern tire clearance. The Toscano will fit tires up to 50mm wide, giving you more options to choose a tire setup that will maximize comfort and minimize rolling resistance while opening up more roads for exploration.

SUSPENSION-CORRECTED GEOMETRY

The Toscano’s handling is tuned to provide the perfect combination of agility and confidence for gravel racing. The geometry is also suspension-corrected, giving riders the option to switch between a suspension fork or a rigid fork to suit their terrain.

MODERN INTEGRATION

For those who want the cleanest aero silhouette, the Toscano FI features fully integrated cables to keep everything neat and out of the wind. We understand that hidden cables aren’t for everyone, though, so a non-integrated Toscano is also available.

CNC-MACHINED TITANIUM

All of Litespeed’s titanium dropouts, brake mounts, and small parts are designed and CNC-machined in-house. Components like our machined dropout and two-piece disc brake mount are lighter and stronger than any 3D-printed titanium equivalent.

Fork choice will depend on your riding preferences and terrain.

A gravel suspension fork will add comfort and confidence on rough terrain, but it will weigh more than a rigid carbon fork, and it may feel less efficient (due to flex, weight, or pedal bob) on smooth terrain.

A rigid fork is lighter, and it also provides a bit more tire clearance and mounting options for extra gear and bags, but it will transmit more shock from impacts and vibration from rough roads.

All Litespeed gravel bikes come from the factory with tires set up tubeless with Stan's NoTubes sealant.

If you would like innertubes, you can make a note in the "component request field" on your order, and we will be happy to accommodate.

The Toscano is a gravel bike designed for gravel racing and high-speed gravel riding. It is ideal for gravel riders and racers who want the lightest and fastest titanium gravel bike possible.

The Ultimate G2 has similar geometry and handling, but its titanium tubeset is slightly more compliant for more all-around use. The Flint has a more relaxed, adventure-oriented geometry, more tire clearance, and a different tubeset, which makes it slightly heavier but provides more robustness and affordability.

Every Litespeed titanium frame is hand-built in the USA, in our factory in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by master framebuilders using premium, globally sourced materials.

1x maximum chainring size is 46t. 2x maximum chainring size is 48/31t.

The Toscano has clearance to fit gravel tires up to 700c x 50mm wide with a 1x drivetrain.

With a 2x drivetrain, tire clearance is reduced to 700c x 48mm due to the front derailleur.

The Toscano is built with Litespeed's Superform SL 6/4 tubeset. Superform SL 6/4 is a superlight titanium tubeset that combines our 3AL/2.5V titanium Superform SL tubeset with a sheet-formed titanium top tube hand-crafted from a single ultra-thin sheet of 6AL/4V titanium. This is significantly lighter than a standard 3AL/2.5V top tube, while providing greater tensile strength and lateral stiffness for racing applications.

The average lead time is 3-4 weeks. This is because every Litespeed titanium frame and complete bike is built to order. You will receive email updates informing you when we begin building and assembling your bike, and when it is shipped from our factory.
