ALL ROAD CAPABILITY

Whether it’s loading up for a weekend of bikepacking or a big multi-state traverse, getting lost is what the Cherohala was made for (but we recommend bringing your GPS just in case). In the same breath, it’s very much a road-ready ride that climbs and accelerates well, and handles fast, sweeping descents with aplomb.

TUBESET WALL THICKNESS

With a slightly more relaxed geometry, yet a lively titanium ride that’s poised to play, we’ve achieved day-long ride nirvana in our all-road Cherohala. Sourcing our top-shelf 3Al/2.5V titanium tubing, our team adjusted the tubeset wall thickness, strategically allowing for thin walls wherever possible.

When you select tubeless-ready wheels and tires, the bike will come from the Litespeed factory with tires set up tubeless with Stan's NoTubes sealant.

If you would like innertubes, you can make a note in the "component request field" on your order, and we will be happy to accommodate.

The Cherohala is designed around 700c x 35mm-38mm tires. It has clearance to fit road and gravel tires up to 38mm wide.

Every Litespeed titanium frame is hand-built in the USA, in our factory in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by master framebuilders using premium, globally sourced materials.

The average lead time is 3-4 weeks. This is because every Litespeed titanium frame and complete bike is built to order. You will receive email updates informing you when we begin building and assembling your bike, and when it is shipped from our factory.

The Arenberg is an endurance bike designed for long-distance riding, riding on rough roads, and general all-around road riding.

The Cherohala is an all-road bike designed for long-distance riding and riding a mix of paved and unpaved surfaces.

The Arenberg and Cherohala titanium frames are very similar in terms of weight, construction, and compliance. The main difference is that the Arenberg's geometry and handling are designed around 28-35mm road tires, while the Cherohala's geometry and handling are designed around 35-38mm road and gravel tires. The ideal frame will depend on your preferred tire size and riding terrain.

The Cherohala is built with Litespeed's Pure LW tubeset. Pure LW is a lightweight titanium tubeset made from aerospace-grade 3AL/2.5V titanium. It is formed, butted, and bent in-house just like our Superform tubes, but omits the multi-dimensional shaping and variable wall-thickness to reduce cost. Pure LW is the ideal choice for bikes that prioritize comfort and durability, while remaining competitively lightweight.
