How do I know what size bike to buy?

Each bike model's geometry can be found in the geometry section on each bike page. For further questions, contact us or visit your local dealer for fit assistance.

How do I find a Litespeed bike in a local shop?

You can use our Find a Dealer tool to see if your local shop carries Litespeed Titanium bikes. Contact us if you have trouble locating a dealer near you.

Will I have to pay Customs charges, duty, or import taxes when ordering?

All orders shipping outside of the United States exclude any applicable VAT and may be subject to import duties. These extra charges may need to be paid before you can receive your shipment from the courier. Note: Litespeed Bicycles is required to declare the full value (including shipping) of all goods being shipped. How long will my delivery take?

Most products ship out of Litespeed within 1-3 business days depending upon product availability and are usually shipped via either UPS or DHL. Upon placement of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email from a sales representative with expected shipping/delivery time.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs for all international (excluding United States, Canada, and Mexico) orders is $199. This charge does not include any applicable VAT, other import fees, or duties that may be required per your country. What currency will I pay for my order in?

Our website does convert pricing to different currencies to help you gauge your conversion cost, however all payments at checkout are made in USD.

I haven't received tracking for my order. How can I get that information?

You can email the sales representative assigned to your order, or you can email us at international@litespeed.com for an update.

I think my shipment is lost. What should I do?
