Litespeed Kitsuma

extremely versatile, vertically compliant titanium hardtail

Named after the legendary Kitsuma trail in the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina, the Kitsuma is Litespeed's most contemporary and versatile hardtail mountain bike. Made in the USA with Litespeed's precision hand-built quality and attention to detail.

Featuring a new modular dropout system, Lite-Ride seatstays and yoke chainstay, the Kitsuma has magical titanium vertical compliance and amazing torsional rigidity. The additional cush and bite have been coupled with the perfect amount of titanium stiffness. The compact rear-center creates an agile platform that provides great traction and ups your chances to clean the most challenging sectors of trail. On the downside, she's the most capable and stable on super technical descents - predictable and responsive when you’re working the pedals, stable and centered when things get rough.

The modular dropout system is quickly convertible from 142 to 148mm. The PF30 bottom bracket shell is compatible with almost any crankset (30mm or 24mm spindles), and also accommodates eccentric bottom brackets. This lets riders easily tweak their BB height, or set up the Kitsuma up as a single-speed.

With the Kitsuma, we took what was great and improved upon it — agile, comfortable and geometry that keeps you planted and carving. The next (r)evolution of Litespeed titanium.
