The M1 is built upon a unidirectional monocoque 24T carbon frame and fork -- a construction method that’s typically reserved for more expensive bikes. Up front, a tapered headtube provides precise handling and stiffness, resisting flex even during out-of-the-saddle efforts.
Besides being unquestionably stiff, the down tube has a trick up its sleeve: We’ve incorporated aerodynamic shaping to help mask the effect of mounting up a round water bottle. The down tube, seat tube and chainstays are all shaped for lateral stiffness and vertical compliance; they come together around the box-section symmetric bottom bracket profile.
Throw in a stiff PF30 BB - compatible with virtually any crankset or crank-based power meter you want to you use - and we ensure that your M1 is getting all the horsepower you’re giving.
