Cherohala vs. Gravel Models
The Cherohala and Gravel bikes by Litespeed are some of the best titanium gravel and all-road bikes on the market. They are extremely versatile and can be used for road biking, touring, adventure cycling, commuting, gravel riding, and even singletrack!
For rough terrain and tarmac, titanium is the ideal frame material as it's vibration dampening properties are superior to that of carbon fiber. This allows you to experience a much smoother, comfortable ride. The ride quality of titanium is truly an addicting experience.
The GRAVEL model is, of course, best suited for gravel grinding and this is it's main purpose, however, it's also very capable in the peloton on the road. With it's various standard mounting options it can be setup for adventure cycling or commuting.
Cherohala features "fondo-like" geometry that will provide a similar fit to our T5 road bikes. The Cherohala takes rough roads with ease and for those looking to do more with their road bike, it features clearance for up to 40C gravel tires. Cherohala comes standard with fender mounts for commuters and touring riders, rack mounts are an optional upgrade.
