 | | Michael C. | | Tour of Hope | | Ultimate | I have not fallen off my bike in over three years and I was in the lead
group today when I rode into a seam in the asphalt and was tossed on my head
at over 21 mph. We have a slight concussion, the helmet on the "wrestling
head" took the big blow, and I separated my shoulder and have a few cuts and
bruises. That said I was not able to finish and though I waved off an
ambulance ride - - my day was over. But my liteseed held up well. only need
some touch up paint... and the support guys made everything else true and we
raised a few quid for Cancer Research..
For everyone who contributed to my effort I thank you from the bottom of my
heart.
