Every tube on every Litespeed frame has been extensively cold-worked and precisely tuned through a combination of internal and external diameter control, butting, bending, shaping, and careful mitering. This custom tubing not only allows us to hit ambitious weight, durability, and stiffness targets, but each tube is also tuned for specific frame sizes. Pair that titanium small parts like dropouts, bosses, and guides that are CNC-machined in-house, and you get the perfect combination of visual elegance and race-ready exceptional performance.
